Adult Drills & Skills
Adults who are looking to improve their table tennis games can now receive the same great coaching opportunities that our junior players get! Work out against the Newgy Robot, meet new training partners, and get all the latest tips from USATT professionals, Joe Sabas and Ross Reynolds.
Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Cost: $6/members, $8/non-members

Ping Pong for Kids (Ages 6-14)
Junior players receive expert instruction from USATT professionals, Joe Sabas, Ross Reynolds, and Mitchell Seidenfeld, every Saturday morning from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Learn all the basic strokes, spins, footwork, and strategy of this exciting Olympic sport. Play fun games and challenge the Newgy Robot. Players who progress through the first year of training are eligible to begin training with the Minnesota Junior Table Tennis Team and travel to the Jr. Olympics and other regional table tennis tournaments.
Saturdays 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Cost: $6/members, $8/non-members

Table Tennis Challenge Weekly Round Robin Tournament
The Lifetime Fitness in Fridley is proud to host Table Tennis Minnesota's premier event every Saturday afternoon. This weekend tournament dates back to the early 1970's and, for over thirty years, has provided the Minnesota table tennis community with loads of fun and thousands of spirited matches. The tournament showcases the state's best players and is a training ground for its up-and-coming young hopefuls. It provides a rare opportunity for players of all ages and skill levels to learn from and compete against the most experienced and talented players in Minnesota. All you need is a racket and a ball; we provide the fun. Cost is $6/members, $8/non-members at the hospitality desk and $2 contribution to the prize fund in the gymnasium.
Table Tennis Challenge Schedule

  • 1 PM Warm-up
  • 1:15 PM REGISTRATION DEADLINE!
  • 1:30 PM TOURNAMENT BEGINS.
  • 1:30-3 PM Preliminary Round Robins
  • 3-5:30 PM Final Round Robins
