Table Tennis Minnesota's junior programs are designed to help kids of all ages develop skills and have fun. Whether you are looking to become the neighborhood champion or an Olympic gold medalist, we have coaches and training programs that will help you reach your goals.
Ping Pong for Kids (Ages 7-14)
Lifetime Fitness-Fridley, 1200 E. Moore Lake Drive, Fridley, MN 55432
Cost: $10, $6/Lifetime Fitness members
Class meets every Saturday (except Holidays and Tournaments) 10-11 a.m.
Children learn the basic strokes, spins, footwork, and rules of this fun and exciting sport.
This class uses multi-ball training, Newgy Robots, and an assortment of fun games to accelerate
the skill development of each child. Class is taught by Greg Miller, USATT certified coach.
Participants should bring a paddle and lots of energy!
Minnesota Junior Team Training (Ages 10-18)

Cost: $10, $6/Lifetime Fitness members
Every Saturday (except Holidays and Tournaments) 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
The Twin Cities' best juniors practice under the direction of world champion and Paralympic
gold medalist Mitchell Seidenfeld. These committed junior players train for the opportunity
to represent Minnesota at the Junior Olympics, U.S. Junior National Championships, and other
regional tournaments. Participants must take part in Ping Pong for Kids or receive the
equivalent level of instruction before being considered for the Minnesota Junior Team.

More than ping-pong! This sport requires skillful moves and quick reactions. Improve your game
with drills and game situations while having a great time.
Community Leagues
What's that? You're already the neighborhood champion, best on your block, King Pong? If you're
looking for competition, maybe a Community League is what you're looking for. Community Leagues
are for adults and kids of all ages so team up with your mom or dad, sister or brother, or just
come by yourself; we'll team you up with someone.
